Our Fit 'N' Flex Gel is perfect for moulding, carving, applying rhinestones, and more. Its mouldable formula gives you the luxury of time, allowing you to perfect your design before curing, with no need to rush!

STEP 1 - Top coat the nail with either matte or shiny top coat.

STEP 2 - Take a small bead of Fix ‘N’ Flex from the tube, using a wood stick or a spatula.

STEP 3 - Roll into a ball with a gloved hand (to prevent allergies).

STEP 4 - Place the bead onto the nail and leave to settle - this is important, as it self levels and attaches to the top coat.

STEP 5 - Repeat this with four more beads, so you have 5 beads in a circle – leave to settle.

STEP 6 - Use a silicone tool or brush to flatten each bead into a petal shape. Cure for 60 seconds.

STEP 7 - Paint petals with Edge gel Polish & cure for 60 seconds.

STEP 8 - Add bright pink in the centre and tap out with an art brush into a fade, then top coat & cure.

STEP 9 - At a yellow pollen stamen to the centre for a more realistic flower & cure for 60 seconds.

STEP 10 - Top coat and cure for 60 seconds.

TIP: For extra sparkle, use crystals - mix these with topcoat cure and set in the centre.

STEP 1 - Finish your nail to your desired look and apply a no-wipe top coat.

STEP 2 - Using a gloved hand, roll a small sausage shape of clear flexi gel.

STEP 3 - With an orange wood stick or nail art tool, curl it onto the nail to form one side of the bow and cure.

STEP 4 - Repeat on the opposite side to create the second loop, forming a sideways figure-8 shape.

STEP 5 - Roll another small sausage of flexi gel for one ribbon tail, apply and cure, then repeat for the other side.

STEP 6 - Roll a small ball of flexi gel for the centre knot, place it in the middle of the bow, flatten slightly and cure.

STEP 7 - Paint your bow in your chosen colour and cure.

STEP 8 - Apply top coat over the entire design and cure to finish.

Alternative Method:
You can also create your bow before applying top coat, the inhibition layer helps the flexi gel adhere more easily. Finish by top-coating the whole nail once your design is complete.
