1. THE EDGE NAILS LOYALTY PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The The EDGE Nails Programme is operated by Grafton International Limited, with its registered office at 301 Relay Drive, Relay Business Park, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B77 5PT.
The EDGE Nail’s Loyalty Programme is open to all Edge Nails customers aged 16 and over.
You can sign up to The EDGE Nails online at www.edgenails.co.uk
(the “Website”).
To earn points on purchases made on the Website, you will need to sign up on the Website using the same email address.
2. EARNING POINTS
You will earn 5 points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases are purchases made: a) on the Website in each case excluding tax, delivery charges, gift cards or salon services.
From time to time we may offer promotions under which you may earn additional points. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions issued with that promotion.
To earn points on qualifying purchases on the Website, you must be signed into your EDGE Nails Programme account at the point of purchase.
If you do not provide the relevant information, or if you are not logged in on the Website, at the point of purchase, you will not earn the points available for that purchase. If you believe points to which you are entitled have not been added to your account, please contact Customer Services.
You will need to provide a copy of your receipt and either the email address you used to create your account, your post code, or your EDGE Nails account number. Requests to add points to your EDGE Nails account from qualifying purchases where your EDGE Nails details were not provided, or where you were not logged in to the Website, at the point of purchase will be considered by us on a discretionary basis.
Where you make a qualifying purchase on the Website using a Coupon code (as defined below), you will only earn points on the net value of your order (i.e. the value of your order less the value of the Coupon code). If the Coupon code reduces the value of your order to nil, you will not earn any points on that purchase.
Where you make a qualifying purchase on the Website in your local currency, the number of points you earn will be calculated using the British Pounds Sterling value of your purchase in accordance with the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Points will be added to your account within 72 hours of the shipment of your goods for qualifying purchases made on the Website.
Where a refund is issued in accordance with the EDGE Nails Returns and Cancellations Policy, any points you earned for the refunded purchase will be deducted from your EDGE Nails account.
The points you earn will remain on your EDGE Nails account until they are converted into a Coupon code (defined below) or until they expire, in accordance with these terms and conditions (“Live Points”).
QUALIFYING PURCHASES CLARIFICATION
We reserve the right to exclude certain products, promotional items, sale items, clearance products, bundled products or limited-edition products from qualifying purchases from time to time. Any such exclusions will be identified on the Website where applicable.
3. LIVE POINTS
The value of the coupon code you will receive is set out in the below. Coupon codes will become active once you reach 500 points. For every 250 points earned you will receive a £5 coupon code until you reach 1000 points in which the maximum reward you may receive is £15. If you have fewer than 500 Live Points, we will not issue you with any Coupon code.

3A. STATUS AND VALUE OF POINTS
Points are promotional in nature. Points have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other monetary equivalent.
Points do not constitute personal property, are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred to any other person.
4. EXPIRY OF POINTS
Points do not have an expiry date.
We reserve the right to introduce an expiry period for Live Points in the future. Where we do so, reasonable notice will be provided to members in advance.
In the event that The EDGE Nails Loyalty Programme is withdrawn or materially amended, we will provide reasonable notice. Following such notice, any unredeemed Live Points may be cancelled if not converted into a Coupon code within the period specified in the notice.
5. COUPON CODE ISSUANCE
Coupon codes will be issued as soon as you reach 500 points. Coupon codes will be sent to you by email. You will be responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping your contact details up to date to ensure that you receive your Coupon codes. If you believe you have not received a Coupon code to which you are entitled, please contact Customer Services using the contact details below.
Coupon codes will be issued in British Pounds Sterling. If you redeem your Coupon code in your local currency, it will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
COUPON CODE VALIDITY
Unless otherwise stated, Coupon codes issued under The EDGE Nails Loyalty Programme will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The expiry date will be stated in the email issuing the Coupon code. Expired Coupon codes cannot be reissued or extended.
6. COUPON CODE REDEMPTION
Coupon codes can be redeemed on the Website. You may redeem multiple Coupon codes in one transaction.
To redeem your Coupon code(s) on the Website, sign into your online account and enter the unique code on the Coupon code(s) in the promotional box at the checkout. Once you have logged in to your account, you will be able to redeem your Coupon code(s).
Damaged, defaced or copied Coupon codes will not be accepted.
A Coupon code can only be redeemed once in a single transaction. No change will be given.
A Coupon code is not redeemable for cash or credit.
A Coupon code cannot be redeemed against tax or delivery charges.
Coupon codes will always be subject to the terms and conditions on the Coupon code. To the extent that the terms and conditions on the Coupon code are different to these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions on the Coupon code will prevail.
From time to time, we may offer EDGE Nails members additional promotional coupon codes. We are under no obligation to provide any such promotional coupon codes, but where we do, they will be subject to the terms and conditions on the coupon code.
Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with certain other promotional offers or discount codes unless expressly stated on the Website.
We reserve the right to refuse the use of a Coupon code where we reasonably believe it has been obtained, used or applied in breach of these terms and conditions.
7. RETURNS
Where you return part of an order purchased on the Website, or where we have been unable to fulfil part of your order, that was paid for, in whole or in part, with a Coupon code, the proportion of your returned or unfulfilled order that was paid for with a Coupon code will be refunded to you in the form of The EDGE Nails points that will be credited to your account, with the balance of your refund returned to your original payment method.
Where you return in full an order purchased on the Website, or where we have been unable to fulfil all of your order, that was paid for, in whole or in part, with a Coupon code, your refund will be in the form of a new coupon code (equal to the value of your original Coupon code) (the “Refund Coupon code”) that will be issued within 10 working days of our receipt of the returned goods, with the balance of your refund returned to your original payment method. A Refund Coupon code can only be redeemed online and will be subject to the terms and conditions, including the expiry date, on that Refund Coupon code.
All refunds will be subject to the EDGE Nails Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Where you make a purchase using your Coupon code, you will not be entitled to a cash refund in any circumstances.

Where you have consented for us to do so, we will send you the latest news from The EDGE Nails, including product launches, special offers and information about loyalty points accrued on your purchases. You can manage your preferences, or unsubscribe, at any time by logging on to your EDGE Nails account on the Website.
You may receive emails or other communications from us from time to time which strictly relate to the service we are providing to you through The EDGE Nails. If you no longer wish to be part of The EDGE Nails, you can close your account by logging into your The EDGE Nails Account on the Website or contacting Customer Services using the contact details below.
If you choose to close your The EDGE Nails account, any Live Points remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

10. GENERAL
We reserve the right to cancel or amend The EDGE Nails loyalty programme at any time. Where possible, we will provide you with notice of any changes to these terms. If you continue to use your The EDGE Nails loyalty account, you will be deemed to have accepted any changes.
The EDGE Nails loyalty programme is for personal use by the account holder only.
If there is any reason to believe that you are not complying with these terms, we reserve the right to cancel your The EDGE Nails loyalty programme account.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The EDGE Nails Loyalty Programme is intended for personal use only. You may only hold one account. We reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at our discretion.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel or deduct Live Points, refuse to issue Coupon codes, or suspend or terminate your account where we reasonably suspect:
- Fraudulent activity;
- Misuse of the programme;
- Creation of multiple accounts;
- Manipulation of promotions;
- Bulk purchasing for resale;
or any activity that is abusive, misleading or contrary to the intended operation of the programme.
Where your account is terminated for breach of these terms, any Live Points or unused Coupon codes will be forfeited.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for any technical malfunction, system failure or other issue that may result in points not being recorded, delayed or lost, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
