- Earn 5 points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases (excludes tax, delivery, gift cards, and salon services).
- Must be logged in at checkout to earn points.
- Points appear within 72 hours after your order ships.
- Promotions may offer extra points — check terms for each offer.

- Some exclusions apply (sale items, bundles, limited editions) — these will be clearly shown online.
- Points are earned on the net order value if using a coupon.
- 500 points → £5 coupon
- 750 points → £10 coupon
- 1000 points → £15 coupon (max reward)

Coupon codes cannot be redeemed for cash, against tax or delivery, or if damaged/defaced.
If an order is refunded, any loyalty points awarded for that purchase will be cancelled and removed from the customer’s account.
If an order is partially refunded, the corresponding portion of loyalty points earned from the refunded items will be deducted from the customer’s account.
All refunds will be subject to the EDGE Nails Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Currently, points do not expire. We may introduce expiry in the future with notice.
No — only one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.
Yes, if there’s suspected:
- Fraud
- Misuse of the programme
- Multiple accounts
- Abuse or misleading activity
Unused points or coupon codes will be forfeited.
Contact Customer Services or log in to close your account. Any remaining points will be forfeited.
No, you can join and earn points without subscribing. However, we recommend subscribing so you can stay updated on your points, rewards, and exclusive offers.
If you’re subscribed, we’ll email you when you have rewards available. You can also check your balance anytime by logging into your account.
